Question: hello. my husband hasn't been feeling well for several weeks. his stomach hurts, he sweats heavily (didn't use to have this problem), says his body odor stinks, has lower back pain (hasn't had this before). he visited a local doctor but wasn't able to determine anything.

1.The history and symptoms suggest the most possible cause could be cardiac related issue.Second possible cause could be LBP - low back pain.

2.For cardiac causes need ECG and echo for over view of cardiac condition.

3.Low back pain in this age could be age related degenerative disease with disc pathology. Initially back exercises will be helpful followed by physiotherapy.


4.Try to change the diet for a while until pain stabilises - like avoid junk,spicy,fat congaing food, alcohol and any addictions. Take more of salads, fruits, fibrous diet for better bowel moment.
