What Causes Stomach Infection And Associated Pain In Entire Stomach Area?
Question: very often i get stomach infection associated pain in entire stomach area.suggest some good medicine.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
If you are having recurrent stomach pain and infection, there is probably persistence of infective organism. Please get a typhidot test to rule out typhoid.
If such a patient comes to me, I would suggest a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin-ornidazole for 5-7 days. Of course typhoid will have a different course of antibiotics. Alongwith, modification of diet is required. Avoiding rich fatty food and taking small frequent diets should be considered. For stomach pain, I would suggest drotavarine or decolic tablet. Also, tablet pantoprazole-levosulpiride or pantoprazole-domperidone will be helpful. Avoiding smoking and alcohol intake is another point. Drink cleaner water.
You can consult your treating doctor for prescription of the above.
