What Causes Stomach Cramps On Bending?

Question: Hope this is free! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1987
I am 67 yrs. female and look like I do not have any problems.
Recently decided to take care once again of my Candida overgrowth and eat with out sugar and ........
Everything about me is fine. levels, blood pressure and all organs in good shape so says all the different doctore. After colonoscopy, endoscopy , biopsy of uterus all great.
I have had this same stomach problem for twenty years now. After bending over or quick movement I can get my stomach to cramps severely to the point of breathing like I was in Labor. It was mostly in the middle , then they took my Gall Bladder out in 2008 or so and nothing changed. I still get these attack and I am wondering if I am wrong in accepting this "spastic bowel "as being just that. Last colonoscopy , a different doctor said I have a nervous stomach because my bowels looked fine.
The pain this last time was on the right side and just to get through the meeting I was at I at to hold on and dig my fingers into my stomach and hold on tight. I have done this for years. Bad cramps, a lot of pain to the point of making my whole body exhausted. I just tried to take the dog for a little stroll and got the cramping started again. My grandson was diagnosed after 21 months of not being a normal 11 year old, illuminating all else until XXXXXXX Clinic preformed exploratory surgery to find what they suspected as chronic appendicitis
They removed them and he is now a normal active young boy. What a relief.
I am thinking I should not put up with this mysterious pain that is so unusual and there is no reason for it.
Yes I need some good advice if there is any out there. As I write, I wonder if you could be answered prayer.
