Question: hello, I had my period about a week 1/2 ago, I had unprotected sex 7 days ago (we are trying to conceive), My ovulation window just started (I use the Glow app, and it said my most fertile day was The 8th of this month) Well the past two days I've been. experiencing slight cramping... Today I woke up to very light bleeding... We ended up having intercourse this morning, twice, and I started bleeding a little heavier. Also his sperm was pushed out very quickly, quicker than normal.. What does this mean? I'm very confused.. Nothing like this happened with my first pregnancy, nor has it happened ever... I need advice...

Hello,
Thanks for contacting health care magic.
Well going by the history , this could possibly be an implantation bleed if you have conceived by your first sex 7 days back .
also the sex today would have caused uterine contractions and may have increased the bleeding.

I would advise you to not to have sex for few days ( 3 days ) till bleeding stop. then get an transvaginal ultrasound done to check for endometrial thickness inside the uterus or any gestational sac.( likely pregnancy).

Though unlikely to come positive, but its always better to do a urine pregnancy test which is beta hcg based .

I hope you were not on any medications.
