Brief Answer: medical management along with precautions help. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to gastritis. You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. A digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals along with a probiotic will have added benefits. Following precautions will be helpful :- 1.Avoid spicy and oily foods. 2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods. 3.Avoid mental and emotional stress. 4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any. 5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids. 6.Drink lots of water daily. 7.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. I would also suggest that you should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer: Eat fiber rich foods. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for providing more information. Domperidone 30mg mentioned in my earlier post will also help as it increases GI motility to some extent. If constipation bothers you even after taking Domperidone, you can take Itopride 150 mg once daily. Laxatives which increase the bulk of stools like Isabgol can be taken at night. I would also advise that you should increase intake of foods which increase the roughage. These may include guava, papaya, etc. Drink lots of water daily as it also helps in relieving constipation. I hope this answers your query. Thanks.
