What Causes Stomach Bloating After Meals And Burning In Anus While Passing Stool?

default
Posted on Mon, 29 Sep 2014
Question: Started having pain in chest(Mainly left side, though it travels to other parts as well), back and neck about 20 days back. Underwent an ECG & Chest X ray and both of them were normal. Was asked to undergo Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Sugar, Creatinine and Uric acid. Test results showed Vitamin D3 is insufficient in my body and was prescribed tablets for that. Generally feeling full after meals and feel like having breathlessness, though i am not sure whether it is actually breathlesness or not.

For last 5 days, I'm having sever ache in the back head, Nausea and Dizziness. The doctor I met ruled out any heart related after doing some physical examination of the body. He also said I may have migrant head ache

For last 1 month i am having pain and burning feel in my anus while passing tool and it continues when i sit. Could this be causing nausea and dizziness.

I am 26 yrs old male. Non smoker

Brief Answer:
Stomach ulcer along with anal fissure may be there

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The symptoms (fullness after meal) is suggestive of gastritis ,my suggestion for this would be to have small and more frequent diet.To assess the health of heart and lungs please tell me are you able to climb double storey building by stairs?
You may be having fissure in annus leading to burning sensation while passing stools. It needs examination to confirm by general surgeon. It doesn't leads to nausea and dizziness.
It's too early to level 5 day headache as migraine. My suggestions are-
1.Drink plenty of fluids, regular physical exercises like walking, cycling and swimming helps.
2.Take balanced diet;painkiller Ibuprofen initially on as and when required basis.
Hope this helps.
Take care

Many thanks for your answer Doctor.

My office is 4 storey building and I climb stairs on a daily basis. I also wish to tell you that I had a PFT done around 15 days back which came out normal.

As regards your question on Ulcer, I had an upper GI Endoscopy which said I dont have any erosion. However, the doctor said I have acid reflux but I dont have heartburn nowadays.

I list below the tests I've undergone recently(Last 2 Months)

1. Endoscopy - Normal(Acid Reflux)
2. Chest X ray(Normal)
3. PFT(Normal)
4. CBC(Normal)
5. Vitamin B12(Normal)
6. Vitamin D3(Insufficient)
7. Sugar(Normal)
8. Uric Acid(Normal)
9. Creatinine(Normal)
10. ECG(Normal)

My biggest worry is are the above(ECG, X-ray) enough to rule to heart realted problems? Additional Information: I got physically examined by a Cardiologist in XXXXXXX who ruled out heart related issues, though I had Chest and Nausea.
