Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
You are uncomfortable and I would like to help you. But I need more information to be able to.
First of all are you a man or woman. If you are a woman, are you married or in a sexual relationship?
If not do you have burning when you pass urine? Is your urine dark yellow?
Is you abdominal pain related to food?

Please give full information to the above or any other relevant information to be able to give you the right guidance.
Best wishes,
Dr. Noble Zachariah

Brief Answer:
A GI problem likely

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

You probably do not have a urinary infection or jaundice.
You did not answer my first part of the question and I presume that you are not married or in a sexual relationship. If you are, then pregnancy would have been the first consideration.
You probably have an acid peptic disease which is an inflammation of your upper gastrointestinal tract from the effect of acid on the delicate stomach or duodenal lining.
The other possibility is an anicteric hepatitis which is an inflammation of the liver without jaundice.
You may try antacids and eating a bland diet with no spices, avoiding caffeinated beverages and acidic foods like lemon etc. If symptoms do not improve, you should get a liver function test and a urine routine examination done.
You are welcome to ask if you have more queries.
Take Care,
Dr. Noble Zachariah
