Brief Answer:
Medications can help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

These are suggestive of neuropathic pain. You would benefit from medications such as pregabalin and gabapentin capsules.

The diagnosis can be confirmed by doing nerve conduction studies.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

I was taking gabaneuron and pragabalin but relief was for one day, and the pain will not be there in the mornings but start at midnight and keep awake the whole night. Cold laser treatment gives relief for few days. Is there no better cure in long term sense?

Brief Answer:
Medications and physiotherapy are advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more information.

I have noted that you had short-term relief with medications. If you continue medications for long term, the relief would also be for long term. These are safe medications without any serious adverse effects.

In addition, you can also do physiotherapy with back extension exercises, which would also help in the long run.

Best wishes,
