Brief Answer:
Acute urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be an acute urticarial rash. Contact dermatitis or a food allergy is possible if specific clothing, contact of allergen or food allergy history is there. Anti histamines like ebestine or cetirizine should be advised. Local application of calamine lotion will also help. If the rash persists or worsens with generalized itching, shortness of breath or acute voice changes then I.V steroids and anti histamines should be administered in an ER setting. Adrenaline should be reserved for anaphylactic shock, in consultation with a doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
