Brief answer....acid reflux and stiff neck are different problems.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Acid reflux has no connection with morning neck stiffness and accompanying dizziness.
Cause for neck stiffness could be due to wrong sleeping posture, use of thick pillow or cervical spondylitis. Dizziness is common in people suffering from cervical spondylitis.
Treatment for stiff neck would be...
Use of thin pillow
Neck exercises
Local heat application etc.
You can consult a physiotherapist and get managed by him professionally.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
