Question: My son is 2 months 19 days old, I have spotted white patches on his leg and back of thigh, I'm worried as it seems the patches are increasing

Thanks for asking on this platform
I have seen the image and do understand your concern.
In the image there are hypopigmented patches with ill defined border.
The most common cause in this age is pityriasis XXXXXXX or tinea versicolor.
I would suggest you to consult your pediatrician or a dermatologist as giving antifungal and steroid combination usually helps in such cases.
I won't get worried as it is not depigmented and borders are I'll defined which rules out vitiligo which has a poor outcome.
