What Causes Sores On Vaginal Lips And Anal Area?
Question: I have 3 sores that look and feel similar to canker sores. 1 is on the inside lip of my vagina and one is between my vagina and anus and the last one is right by my anus. I also have a whitish clear vaginal discharge. I was sexually active almost a week ago. I also had oral sex with the same person but have no sores in my mough just a sore throat. What could it be?

I didn't notice them until around noon. There isn't pain to any of them except when I whip after using the restroom but the one closest to my anus hurts when I try to use the restroom and it will hurt for about 5 min after. I have not applied anything to them. I was also wondering if the discharge is associated with the ulcers or if that is something else.

I have seen the attached pictures.
The picture quality is not that great but from clinical appearance,they look like pyogenic ulcers .
Although we cannot completely rule out a std at this stage ,but I would like to treat you on the lines of pyogenic ulcer first .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesions twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
In case the lesions tend to persist even after five to seven days or tend to increase ,then see a local doctor and get necessary investigations done to rule out other causes.
