Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to insect bite reaction (spider bite). If you send a picture of the lesion then it will be more helpful.

What medications have you taken. ?

Taking antihistamines like cetrizine ( zyrtec ) will be helpful. You can also take vitamin C 100 mg daily. I also would suggest antibiotics like Azithromycin. This is a prescription drug. It given in dosage of 500 mg once daily for 3 to 5 days. You can also apply neosporin triple antibiotic cream for local application.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Shingles distribution will be in certain pattern.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

I have gone through your pictures. Shingles can appear like this. But the pattern will be in spinal nerve distribution pattern. So if you provide a the picture of whole area affected it will be more helpful.
I would suggest a broad spectrum antibiotic like azithromycin or Co amoxiclav in this case as there is signs of bacterial infections on the lesions also. You can also apply topical antibiotic cream or ointment.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
