Brief Answer:
He needs antibiotics!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the images. These are infected bumps following contact dermatitis. I recommend he gets antibiotics. This must be gotten from his primary care doctor as antibiotics are not available over the counter. Benadryl for the allergy would be a good option as well.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

He was given antibiotics. I will let him know to take benadryl for the allergy. Do you know what could have caused the infection?

The skin was broken following allergy and allowed germs to penetrate and cause the infection.
