Brief Answer:
Achilles Tendonitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your history and duration of symptoms, its most likely to be Achilles tendonitis. Local hot fomentation , rest, physiotherapy , muscle relaxants and NSAIDs in moderate to severe pain would be required for treatment. Most likely , it will improve with these measures. If it persists then the feet should be examined and imaging investigations can be advised accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
