Brief Answer:
upper respiratory tract infection, may need antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The sore throat, nasal congestion, coughing, headache, itchy ears are related to an upper respiratory tract infection which can be the cold or flu. The flu tends to cause more severe symptoms.

Treatment: Rest,
(2)anti histamine/decongestant combination. The anti histamine would also help with the itching in the ears
(3)mucolytic to help break up the mucus in the nose and chest eg bisolvan, mucomyst, guaifenesin
(4)paracetamol to help with the headache. Best to avoid meds such as ibuprofen or naproxen because they would further aggravate the stomach

With the green sputum, you may also have a bacterial infection present as well, this means that you may need antibiotics as well. This would require a prescription.

Diarrhea can sometimes occur with a cough/cold because of the mucus entering the bowel but in some cases , a person may have an infection of the respiratory tract as well as one of the bowel as well.

Probiotics, holding off solids till there is a 4 hour window with no diarrhea and the use of peptobismol, may help with this symptom

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
