Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question.

Please provide some more information about your problem.
It is not clear if the pain is in the back or abdomen?
Does it radiate?
Do you have urinary symptoms?
What makes it worse or better?- moving? Eating? urniation? bowel movement?
What do you think might have caused it?
Have you used any medication, and was it helpful?

The more information you give me, more I will be able to help.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

I have no pain in my genitals nor do I have any pain when urinating. It doesn't hurt at all when i am sitting down or not moving. I have not taken any medication, as I'm not the type to jump straight to pain meds. it does not radiate, just when I get up from siting down, walking or getting up after lying down, anytime I have to "flex" my lower abdomen/pelvic area. I feel no bumps but it is sore when i push on it. The pain is located directly below my belly, in the upper pelvic area.
I played football yesterday and noticed it half way through the game. I have soreness in my upper thighs so I was thinking its just soreness from the game.

Brief Answer:
Seems like a muscular problem since it is related with movement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read carefully your question.

It looks like it is something muscular.
I would suggest you take Ibuprofen 400mg as needed for 2-3 days.

Ice pack are helpful too. Apply a local analgesic 3-4 times/day if you can purchase some at the local pharmacy.

If other symptoms start (like diarrhea, not being able to have a bowel movement, or urinary problems) then I would suggest seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
