Brief Answer:
The history suggests malabsorption of nutrients.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Frequent, smelly and loose motions suggests malabsorption of nutrients.
Malabsorption of fat leads to bulky and smelly stools.
Malabsorption can be diagnosed by stools examination and to perform test for oil globules.
If malabsorption is confirmed, investigations to find out the cause of malabsorption.
It can be due to some abnormality in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).

Soreness of mouth and ulcers can be due to deficiency of vitamin B 12.
The deficiency of vitamin B 12 can be due to malabsorption of nutrients in the GIT.
In addition, there is possibility of deficiency of other nutrients.

Thus, I would suggest you to get a stool test for malabsorption and examination of the GIT by investigations like biopsy.

Once the cause of malabsorption is known appropriate treatment can be instituted.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
