If you'd like to upload pictures of your problem that I may look at then, I will have a better idea of what type of problem you have. Otherwise, best advice is to find a doctor and get tested for a full battery of STD (sexually transmitted diseases).

You may write me questions and upload pictures if desired at: bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi

Brief Answer:
Can you upload a picture of it?

Detailed Answer:
Good afternoon. Thank you for your question in this premium forum. May I ask that in the future when directing questions to my attention that you choose DIRECT QUERY as an option. That is the most DIRECT way of making sure the question is sent to my attention.

Now, to your problem. Without photographs to see exactly what the lesion(s) look like then, I am forced to take a best guess as to what type of genital infection appears boil like with an odor. You actually could have 2 different things going on. One would be a fungal infection and that could be the reason for the odor. The 2nd could be a herpes infection.

The only way to know for sure is to either send a picture of the condition and upload it here as a .jpg file or go to a physician so they can physically look at it and make a decision as to what it is. If you are or have been sexually active with partners (not just masturbating) then, you SHOULD have a panel of tests done looking for SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES. Should you turn out positive for any of those then, both YOU and your PARTNER(s) will require treatment otherwise, the infection may complicate and it will continue to be passed on.

As far as the present situation is concerned if the infection is purely bacterial in nature and you have anything such as an ingrown pubic hair and a resulting boil or infection then, this would be a simple case of a folliculitis in the pubic region and can be easily treated with daily cleansings with soap and water and possibly some topical antibiotic ointment or cream. If on the other hand the "boil" is a herpetic lesion (or cluster of lesions) and they are coming out either on the shaft of the penis or around the base/scrotum etc. then, you should not try and treat them directly unless the lesions themselves have a secondary bacterial infection from scratching or rubbing and you should be given a prescription for an appropriate antiviral.

If the infection is fungal then, again, that would require either topical or systemic treatment depending upon the nature and extent of the infection.

I hope this answer satisfactorily addresses your question. If so, may I ask your favor of a HIGH STAR RATING with some written feedback?

Also, if there are no other questions or comments, may I ask you CLOSE THE QUERY on your end so this question can be transacted and archived for further reference by colleagues as necessary?

Please direct more comments or inquiries to me in the future at:

All the best.
