What Causes Sore Bumps On Knuckles?

Question: I have Fibromyalgia with lots of other auto issues . I have been have bumps for years come up on my kuckes and not itchy just a lttle sore. With all my other problems i have put off asking about them but tonight its really got me wondering cause they are going to start testing me for Lupus and MS. I will send a picture.

Well looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like autoimmune rashes that come with Lupus. But still until and unless tested nothing can be said. Testing for autoimmune condition is a good move since you say they have been coming from quite a time.

If I were your treating doctor, I would also like to rule out garrods pads also . Has any dermatologist seen you ?
