Brief Answer:
Bad smell may be due to mixed infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; and for your kind information bad smell in your wax may be due to mixed infection associated with chronic suppurative otitis media in the left ear.

But to rule out other disease go for the otoscopic examination of the left ear.

Avoid putting water, oil and ear bud in the ear.

Thanks
