Question: I smell the smell of exhaust fumes coming from within me. No one else smells them and I am not around vehicles at all. Do I have an allergy, infection, liver issue, tumors in my head? What say you?

Brief Answer:
Following causes to strange body smell

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Smelling strange fumes coming from you and taking into account your actual age, they are suggestive for :
- psychological issues due to your age
- sinusitis especially if you had flu like symptoms recently
- eating strong spicy foods like garlic, tumeric, etc that might change your sweat smell
- living in a hot place (unfortunately I am not able to detect your location ) and you sweat more than usual
- having a medical history of metabolic diseases (diabetes, kidney,/liver disease )
- medications you take on daily basis

If none of them is found, then brain problems should be ruled out by ECG and neurological examination from neurologist.

Hope it was of help!
