What Causes Small White Pimples On The Penile Shaft And Groin Area?
Question: Bunch of really small white pimples have appeared on my penile shaft and the groin area on either side seem to be a bit irritated. If I pop the pimples on my penis, a small black seed with white stuff around it comes out. It doesn’t hurt at all. And I’ve been having these same black seeds in my stool.

Are there other ways to contract this virus? I’ve only had sex with one person for nearly two years. Is it something I could’ve had for a while and just now be noticing?

The groin area on both sides also have dry skin patches one side has it bigger than the other. I may just seem paranoid, but is this also related?
