Question: I asked a doctor on here before but im afraid the picture was not as clear. I have about 5 small white bumps in the XXXXXXX gland area. Noticed about a month ago. They have not changed, dont itch. I have been working out alot lately and sweating alot.

Brief Answer:
Relax .. it's a normal variant ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone though your query as well as all those images (including the previous ones) and it seems pretty clear that you're having Pearly Papules of penis..

It's a completely benign condition as well as non-contagious , so nothing to worry..

Only concern could be of cosmetic purpose for which you can fix up appointment with any of your nearest Cosmetic surgeon (preferably Dermatologist) if that bothers you at all..

Other than that , it's a normal variant in Male, and can come and go and recur without prior notice and reason over and over again (I'm afraid to say that there's no proven study/research data yet in this regard!!).

So don't worry so much , enjoy your life and move on ..

One fine day you can suddenly notice that it's gone while afterwards it can again come back ..

Just remember , don't try to pick them up cause that will cause unnecessary trauma , injury and even infection..

Apart from that, just maintain good hygiene since you've mentioned about working out and sweating , so maintenance of hygiene's a must..

You'be fine..relax..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Thank you for your response doctor. I thought papules are usually around the rim of the head, these are on the front part of the head underside, frenulum area. Is there a certain kind of soap i should be using?

Brief Answer:
not necessarily ..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back Dear,

Well you're research is right but we deal with human beings here in medical business and there's no hard and fast rule for these..

For instance , this particular papules grow around the frenulum or the corona .. but that being said it's not constant that they'll grow only there and not at somewhere else (offcourse around the glans penis , I meant)..

So rest assured , you have nothing to worry about ..

No there are no special Soap or cream needed , cause they won't help in this case .. Just use the routine stuffs..(at that place it's better to use gentle and moisturising body wash instead of any soap ..

I believe I've clarified your doubt , stay safe & healthy, be happy......

Kind Regards
