Brief Answer:
use non irritant vaseline

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your foreskin is tight to complete a proper intercourse. Hence while there is an erection the skin is unable to move over the erection. Moreover when you are trying to insert over the tight skin the friction is causing more problems.

You should try lubricated condoms while intercourse. Also try to insert only when there is lubrication in the vagina, that means have enough foreplay so that the womans vagina has natural lube.

You can alternatively try non irritant vaseline to move the skin over the erected penis. Do not force yourself before the skin moves. Sometimes thick saliva can work as lubricant.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
The cut heals on its own and let it heal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Ok let me explain you. For the cut / tear on the foreskin you do not need a specific cream or ointment. Even if I prescribe that it will lead to further tightening of foreskin in the process of healing. This will cause further problems during intercourse. The tear or cut will heal on its own but give it time.

Instead I suggest you to use lubricants like Vaseline / MOODS lubricant which will also not hurt during future sexual encounters. Please note that you engage in sexual intercourse only after this cut heals on its own. You DO NOT need any specific cream / ointment.

Hope this plain language is clear.
