Question: Hi,

I've bnticed (around a year ago or little more) some small skin lumps at the bottom of my penis shaft (2 spots). I still have them.

What could this be? Is it something serious?

Please bote that within the last 8 months I had 2 job medical tests and one blood test. I tested HIV negative on the blood test.

Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Verrruca vulgaris
These are commonly known as Viral warts caused by Human papilloma virus.
They can be acquired by sexual contact from.an infected person.
These are not serious but need to be treated as they can spread to local area or may spread to involve other parts of body.
Viral warts can be treated by Chemical cauterisation or electrocautery.

Thanks for the answer. I have few questions:

Is sex the only way that I got it from?

If treated/removed. Will there still be any risk to transmit it to someone else?

Do I need to go see a doctor or is there any cream or something I can get from pharmacies

Will HPV always be in my blood?

I'm getting married soon and don't want to transmit it to my wife. What can I do?

?
