Brief Answer:
Rashes could be due to some skin conditions. Rule out HIV with test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Rashes over body appearing red initially and turning into brown can be due to many skin conditions like early psoriasis, Lichen planus, papular urticaria and many other non-venereal skin conditions. Not necessarily have related to HIV. Please post a photo of the lesion so that I am better able to help you.

You had not mentioned anything about sexual activity. What made you think that your rashes could be due to HIV? Suggestions about your lesions and examination of your rashes alone could not reveal HIV. Only the appropriate HIV test can tell whether it is due to HIV or not.

Better consult your Dermatologist, he/she will help in this regard for further investigations and treatment of your condition. Get well soon.
