Brief Answer:
It seems to be either pearly penile papules or balanoposthitis but not STD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have gone through the picture you uploaded.

It seems to be either pearly penile papules or balanoposthitis or scabies.

As you said it is located under the glans penis. They usually small (about 1-3 mm sized),raised and circular then there can be more chances of having pearly penile papules or balanoposthitis.

The important thing is to diagnose it first by a clinical examination and biopsy to be taken to rule out any malignancy.

The following treatment would be helpful.

1) Hot Seitz bath- sit for 15-- 20 minutes and also clean off any whitish secretion. Do it at least twice a day.

2. Local Steroid cream/ointment application- Clean off and wipe off the area clean and dry, following application of local Steroid Ointment Like Betamethasone. The bumps should start subsiding after 2-3 of Ointment application.

Consult general surgeon for thoroughly clinical examination and further treatment.

Fell free to ask if there is any query.

Thanks and Regards,

Brief Answer:
It will start subsiding after 3 to 4 ointment application.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.

It will start subsiding after 3 to 4 ointment application as i said earlier with other hygienic measures. The cause could be due to friction or eczema or dermatitis.

It is commonly seen(about 10%) in uncircumcised males but it is not a uncommon in the males who are circumcised.

You do not need to worry as this does not seem to be STD here, with proper treatment it would be cured.

Consult general surgeon or dermatologist for proper treatment.

Thanks and Regards,
