What Causes Small Black Spots On The Glans Penis?
Question: Hallo. I have noticed last month two very small black spots on the glans of my penis. What could it be?

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I have seen the attached picture .
At present, the black spots are not very clear since the skin is quite irritated and red due to application of the medicine.
Genital warts are mostly asymptomatic and skin colored in nature. Development of pigmented lesions over the penile region can either be due to moles or freckle or it can be due to bowenoid papulosis. Bowenoid papulosis is basically a viral infection only which presents with development of flat pigmented brown to black lesions over the genitals . The treatment for these is also the same as that of genital warts.
But since at present, nothing can be clearly said, I would advise you to wait for few days so that the allergic reaction tends to settle down. Once the redness heals, then you can probably follow up with the images again so that the proper view of the skin lesions is available .
