Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Read and understood that you are suffering from cramps, diarrhea, chills, fever and sudden weakness.
All the symptoms taken together indicate that you are suffering from Gastroenteritis and I would suggest you to visit the ER for the following reasons:
Clinical evaluation and examination to see for the level of dehydration and septicemia.
To get investigated for blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography.
To get proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and other medicines as may be necessary cover as per the clinical findings and investigations

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Methotrexate reduces the body's immunity.

Detailed Answer:
Saw the attachments- they are your photos, madam.

Well, the gastroenteritis can be a recurrent problem. And this is the need to get fully investigated and properly treated till cured.
If you avoid all the factors that cause such a problem, you will not get it again.

Methotrexate is known to reduce the immunity and that can cause recurrent problems. And in such a case you have to be more careful and properly treated.
