Question: I feel slight pressure behind my right eye and its really kicking my anxiety and panic into overdrive. No pain. What could this be? eyes were checked 3mons ago

Hi,

First comes first, the anxiety has to be addressed at the first level.
Tension headaches are very common and have no proper reason of occurence. Similarly migraine should be ruled out by proper history. Both of the above can be eased by simple over the counter analgesics like Motrin / Advil. There are some over the counter migraine abortifacients as well.
Along with it you should check for benign intracranial hypertension which is common in females.

A primary care physician can evaluate all of these in one appointment. I think you can take regular office appointment to talk about all of the mentioned above.
