What Causes Slight Pain Under Armpit And Shoulder Blade?

Question: Slight pain between right armpit and right shoulder blade. Just for a few seconds at a time, then goes away. Anywhere from two minutes apart, to several hours. Blood pressure is wher I normally am, 125/80.
