Brief Answer:
You could benefit from Librium (chlordiazepoxide) tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your medical details. You are on correct medications to prevent any strokes in future. Also, I am glad to note that you received the clot-buster therapy on time, leading to good recovery.

It is important to stop smoking and alcohol to prevent strokes in future.

For sleep disturbance due to alcohol withdrawal, chlordiazepoxide (librium) tablets may be used in the night. In some cases, quetiapine may also be needed.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
Alprax and Librium should not be combined.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Both Alprax and Librium are benzodiazepines, so, they should not be combined. After starting Librium, alprax should be stopped.

Occasional alcohol would not lead to any health hazards.

Best wishes,
