Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From review of your pictures and history, It seems you got maceration of skin due to excessive sweating and occlusion. Secondary fungal infection over macerated skin is very common and is reason for itching and tiny pimple like lesions.
Nothing to worry as it would be fine.
I would advise you 10 day course of oral fluconzole 150 mg once a day.
Apply antifungal cream like sertaconazole twice a day and on top of it sprinkle antifungal dusting powder containing sertaconazole or clotrimazole to prevent excessive moist environment.
Oral antihistaminics can be taken as required to relieve itching.
Maintain hygiene and use antifungal soap like ketoconazole to rinse the area.
Avoid tight undergarments and use cotton based garments as far as possible.
I am sure this will take care of your situation.
Thanks
