Brief Answer:
Possible Coronary Artery Disease. Require CAG

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Mr. XXXX.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per symptoms, the possibility of coronary artery disease is very high. This might not be evident on Regular CT scan or Echo.

You need a vascular intervention to assess the stage perfectly.

Your symptoms can be corrective referred to as acute coronary syndrome /ACS.

For thorough evaluation, I advice you to get a baseline ECG and precisely coronary angiogram.

This will indicate the degree of blocks in the heart vessels.

At the moment oral pills of antianginal drug like Sorbitrate will help you to get over the pain.

Please check with your physician if he shares my point of view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.

Further management if any is based on test reports.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
