Question: I have been experiencing a bit of shortness of breath since waking up this morning. Now, I just ate two pieces of pizza - pizza I eat all the time - and I started feeling severe abdominal pain immediately after eating.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain abdomen with worsening on meals of pizza taken mostly as diet indicating a gastric discomfort likely gastritis / gastric ulcer secondary due to imbalanced diet and lifestyle . Modify diet , reduce pizza and other spicy and fast foods and prefer fresh fruits, vegetables and diet rich in fiber .

take some pepto for the pain relief now and drink fluids only. See if it helps. Meanwhile modify diet and lifestyle. Lose weight if a problem, eat small frequent meals,a void spices,stimulants, soda, alcohol, beer, beverages, coffee, chocolate and processed and canned foods. Prefer fresh natural foods , vegetables and fruits and delay lying down after meal. Do regular exercise and see if it helps.
