Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in all four quadrants mostly in upper right and lower left quadrant of abdomen is likely a bowel spasm. I would like you to take some antispasmodics and some antacids and see if it helps. if you have any prior history of acid reflux or irritable bowel syndrome or history of chronic use of NSAIDs pain killers then i would suggest consulting a doctor if home remedies and supportive care does not resolve the pain. Meanwhile small frequent meals, less dairy and spices, processed foods, more fiber and fluids and yogurt with peppermint will help. If the pain persists complete evaluation is advised and baseline work up to find the other possible causes for these abdominal pain.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
