What Causes Sharp Right-sided Chest Pain Accompanied With Dizziness?
Question: Sharp right side chest pain accompanied with dull and tight pan in left side lasted about 5 minutes feel a little dizzy now but chest pain is gone

It is not a typical pain of heart condition because in most of cases it is located in the left side of chest or in the center and can spread in both sides of the chest.But this can not exclude the possibility that it might be related to heart because it can present with very different symptoms including pain in right side of chest.
If I were your treating physician the first this I would try to rule out heart causes because they can be life threatening.
You need to run some tests including :
-ECG
-Stress test
-Heart echocardiogram.
If these tests are normal then the pain was not related to heart.
In this case other possibilities should be taken in consideration like :
-Acid refux
-peptic ulcer
If this pain doesn't repeat and you don't have any other symptom like heartburn ,upper abdominal pain,belching, dry mouth and sore throat that might suggest a stomach problem then you don't need to worry.It might have been a muscular spasm.
I would really suggest to consult your physician for physical examination and to run the previous test just to be on the safe side.
