Brief Answer:
Simple analgesics and anti inflammatory drugs for a couple of days.

Detailed Answer:
hi and thanks fir the query

it is important to know if you have had any trauma lately or not. also whether this is the first time of ex periencing this kind of pain.

absence of trauma and pain experienced only when you move means it is mechanical in nature. slight muscle strains and tears could produce such pains. I suggest you take simple analgesics like Acetaminophen and an anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen for a couple of days.

if the pain persists, a chest x Ray might be needed. For now, I think simple analgesics and anti inflammatory drugs should be enough.

thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health
