Brief Answer:
Costo-chondrits/ need detailed evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and elucidate history.

Yet I would like to know a bit details about a few thing. I will he happy to get more information for me to help you:
I could not get '' labellia'', is it a plant / herb or some medicines ? please give me details.
Do you have any breathing problem or any other medical illness like Hypothyroidism, diabetes, asthma or so ? I was just wondering why would one get a 30 pounds weight gain in just 5 months. We have to know the reason.
are you taking any medicines?

Your problem:
Weight gain belly area- torso area hard to touch - sharp pain just to right and bottom of sternum and lump 3 inches bellow sternum on coughing- light headed and dizzy and can have bowel movement on coughing.

After reading again , I could think of the following things:
-First of all we have to find the reason of weight gain- get Thyroid, diabetes, kidney and liver functions tested. Get an Ultrasonography of the abdomen done.
-Why the coughing ? Get an opinion of a Doctor who will do an ausculation with stethoscope to tell us the problem of the lungs and he may refer you to the Pulmonologist for further diagnosis and treatment.
# Both things are necessary to be solved as these are the precursors of your present problem and their treatment alone will help you more and more.
-Pain at right and bottom of your sternum could be due to Costo-chondritis, the pain is severe and takes a long time to settle as it involves the cartilages and muscles origins of the abdominal muscles too and the swelling and pain can spread to the upper abdominal area causing the lump as you explained.
-Another reason can be a real epigastric hernia and needs to be checked by Doctor to see whether there is bulge increase on coughing or just a fat pad projecting on coughing.
-Light headed and dizziness can be due to the present problems - coughing reduces the brain oxygenation.

I hope this answers your query and helps you get a proper diagnosis and further treatment as per the causes of all varied problems.

Please feel free to give me your feedback and feel free to ask any relevant query, I shall be happy to assist you more.

Have a great day!
