Brief Answer:
Could be testicular torsion/ureteric calculus; USG required

Detailed Answer:
hello

thank you for contacting HCM. i'm Dr M Ali rauf and will look into your problem.

your symptoms are suggesting testicular torsion v/s ureteric calculus. i would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an ultrasound of testis and KUB done. they will confirm the cause. if both turns out to be normal then further workup can be done. pain killers will only subside the pain temporarily but will not cure the underlying problen.

hope i have answered your query. if you have any followup query then feel free to ask. if not then dont forget to close the discussion and rate it.

wishing you a good health.
