What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen, Dizziness And Headache During Severe Stress?

Question: Hi,

I have been experiencing this list of symptoms over the past 6 months and wondering if I should be worried or if it's just me being stressed out and not taking good care of myself enough. I'm 24 and generally should have no problems. I'm fairly active and work a desk job.

- fainting spells - at least 1 time a week when walking I lose balance, trip, and everything goes black. I end up catching myself, either on something, the floor, etc. I have to lied down or sit for 10 - 15 minutes after and feel super weak.
- my left arm and leg are experiencing weird numbness, weakness, tingling, just super annoying. I try to shake it off but it just doesn't feel strong and aches.
- my hands feel very weak and it's hard to type or I feel like I will drop things when I hold them. This doesn't happen all the time. I'm not sure what triggers it.
- I randomly get sharp pain in my stomach and have to lie down or sit and it usually goes away in 5 - 10 minutes. The pain is in my lower stomach. I can't walk at all when I feel this pain.
- I have been having trouble eating. I usually can't make myself eat more then few bites of food and can't swallow without feeling like I will throw up. I am not obsessed over body image at all and consider myself an above average looking person for sure. I am 5'4 and about 102 pounds. Most people in my life are concerned about my weight now because I lost a lot from my face and my face is pale and grey now.
- my ability to work long hours and concentrate is completely out of the window - I really don't even work 4 hours a week anymore - I have my own business but not really doing much for it. I'm used to working 10 + hours and feeling completely fine. My energy is what people usually knew me for.
- I used to walk a lot when it was warm and run sometimes 2 months ago. Now I don't really exercise as it is colder. I try to rock climb 1 time a week but usually feel too tired.
- I'm dizzy, tired and have headaches all the time now (I don't take any medication for this though such as advil)
- There has not been 1 night in 6 months where I slept the whole night. I usually wake up 2 - 3 times and have a lot of vivid dreams. I wake up exhausted most mornings. I never sleep less then 9 hours anymore and 9 hours is not enough.
- There is a history of depression in my family for women between 20 and 35.
- My grandma and I both have very low blood pressure. My grandma back when she was 25 had to get vitamin and glucose injections
- Last time I took a general blood test everything was fine. I never took any special blood tests - I am not sure what to ask for - should I check my iron, vitamin D, etc? I don't really know.
- A doctor before told me I had a heart murmur but other then that during my check-up (urine etc) everything is fine
- I started taking birth control on May but stopped after 1.5 months - I was on Alesse and the feelings of anger got to me! I also started experiencing crazy stomach pains. They have since died down.
- Over the past 6 months I took 1 pill of MDMA, 1 pill of speed and did 3 lines of cocaine as recreational drugs. All of the symptomes above started before I took the drugs. I am sure taking them on these 2 different occasions didn't do me any good.
- I don't really drink anymore as it makes me sick. I can only handle wine.
