Brief Answer:
Uro-genital infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your symptoms carefully and they are indicative for possible uro-genital infection. I advise to run further diagnostic tests:
- complete blood count
- urine analysis and urine culture
- abdominal/genital ultrasound
- kidney function tests

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Meanwhile, I advise to:
- increase water intake
- take herbal teas for uro-genital problems containing: uva-ursi, cranberry, XXXXXXX canina, stone fern, etc.
- anti-inflammatory drugs: acetaminophen/diclophenac/mephenamic acid and/or buscopan.

Wish fast recovery!

Brief Answer:
Clinical signs are suggestive for UTI...

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you asking back.

You are saying that you urinate more than you do normally and this is indicative of urinary infection.

You don't have signs of appendix( pain at lower right side , fever) but abdominal ultrasound will rule out/ confirm it. For hernia without clinical examination we can not diagnosis it.

Please perform the exams that I have recommended and than the right diagnosis will be made.

Wishing all the best
Dr.Klerida
