Brief Answer:
get a CAT brain and ECG done

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!

Thank you so much for writing in HealthcareMagic!

I undertsand your concern. The symptoms you described could be warning signs of stroke or signs of Acute stress attack.

If I were your doctor,I would have asked you to go for a CAT scan brain and an Electrocardiogram. It is very important to look at your Brain and heart's status right now.further management would be done according to these reports.

The most important thing right now is to control your blood pressure to overcome any sort of sudden fluctuation.Without any further delay ,I would ask you to see your nearest physician and get treated as soon as possible.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
