Brief Answer:
Dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have had 3 days of diarrhea and cold sweats with a 10 lbs weight loss. This sounds like you have a bacterial infection possible E. coli infection or norovirus. Since we can not tell the difference between the two without testing I recommend that you see your medical provider. I would also recommend seeing your medical provider because you maybe dehydrated from the diarrhea and this would account for the 10 lbs weight loss.

In summary
1. possible E. coli or norovirus infection
2. dehydrated
3. see medical provider
4. drink plenty of fluids avoid milk and milk products as they can cause diarrhea

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
