Brief Answer:
Is it osteoarthritis

good evening

thank you for writing on health Care magic

Well, swelling limited only to knees is less likely due to rheumatoid arthritis. I would like to know a few more queries to be able. to guide younfurther on what it could be

1. Does swelling/pain increase on walking or is it present throughout

2. is there any swelling behind your knee ?

3. any early morning stiffness?

4. does your sleep GEt disturbed due to pain

5. what all medications have been tried

It is very likely it is osteoarthritis itself.. It may be an inflammatory one which is causing the swelling. do share your MRI report as well.. It may not be too significant here but can rule. out other causes of swelling within

await your reply
