Brief Answer:
Could you please upload the doctors' notes and reports?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details mentioned. Most commonly, abdominal pain could occur due to gastritis which can be caused due to intake of junk food. In such a case, unless it is very erosive, it might now show up in any of the tests. A clinical examination is essential to evaluate the exact location of the pain. But that is beyond the scope of this online discussion. I would therefore request you to upload the prescriptions wherein I can find the relevant doctors' notes. It would help if you could upload the investigation reports as well.

The other possibility to consider is pancreatitis. But in such a case blood levels of amylase and lipase would be raised. I can check the possibilities once you upload the reports. You can do so using the facility on the upper right of this page.

I would await your response.

Regards
