Vomiting indicates that the pain is severe and hence it might have occurred either as a reflex mechanism or may be something more sinister like intestinal obstruction- in which condition the vomiting may persist.
Tremors can be due to severity of the problem or as a result of electrolyte imbalance depending upon the duration of symptoms or severity of disease.
