Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

It is very abnormal to have this degree of abdominal pain after having a colonoscopy. Even though the procedure was done a few days ago it is possible that there may be an issue related to the procedure which is contributing to her pain.

this includes possible perforation of the colon or inflammation associated with the procedure. If she continues to have significant pain I think she should be evaluated as soon as possible in your local emergency department. This is the safest most effective way to assess this particular situation.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
