Brief Answer:
Possible Stone or Infection.?Get an early ultrasound and blood test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

Pain the right lower back along with fever can point to renal cause like a Stone or Infection.

Hence It's important that you get a Complete ultrasound of the abdomen and a complete blood picture at the earliest to document any pathology.

Further management is based on the test results.

Thank you.
